"Release & Reconnect: TRE + Family Constellations" Individual session

My very innovative individual session combines Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises® (TRE®) with family constellations. In this session, we focus on the body and healing through the body using TRE®, but it is combined with deep meditation related to family constellations. These are not full constellations but deep work with trauma on a somatic level. For example, the left side of the body is connected to the female lineage, and the right side to the male lineage. This is my innovative way of combining two methods. The session lasts from 1.5 to 2 hours.

Individual Family Constellation session

This is an individual online family constellation session where, together with the client, we conduct a systemic constellation regarding a specific issue. During the session, we also work with emotions and breath. The session always begins with deep relaxation. An online session is just as effective as an in-person session but requires focus. Individual sessions are not as powerful as group sessions, but they can be more specific and targeted at the issue that is troubling us.

A therapeutic tarot session is a special tarot session where we diagnose a problem and explore the subconscious, after which we work in the field of family constellations to address the issue. This session is something I have created myself, and I uniquely use tarot as a diagnostic tool. The key elements are openness, conversation, and a willingness to change.
